Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using InsureTutor's services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InsureTutor provides insurance exam preparation materials including practice questions, flashcards, mind maps, mock exams, formula sheets, and study tools (“Content”). The Content is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee exam passage.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. InsureTutor is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Pricing and Payment

InsureTutor offers one-time payment plans (not subscriptions). All prices are in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize InsureTutor to charge your selected payment method for the full amount displayed at checkout.

Your purchase grants access to the selected exam module(s) for the specified duration (30, 90, or 180 days). Access begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Because digital content is delivered immediately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use the platform during the access period
• Exam failure (covered by our Pass Guarantee — see below)
• Duplicate purchases of the same exam module

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors or platform outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours.

6. 1-Year Unconditional Pass Guarantee

If you complete at least 80% of the practice questions for your exam module and do not pass the corresponding licensing exam within your access period, contact us with proof of exam failure. We will extend your access at no additional charge for up to 12 months from your original purchase date.

7. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of these Terms. If you have a billing concern, please email support@insuretutor.com and we will work to resolve it within 2 business days.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and may be reported to credit agencies and fraud prevention services. We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, TOS acceptances, IP addresses, and usage data for dispute resolution.

8. Intellectual Property

All Content is owned by InsureTutor and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any Content without written permission. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, limited license to use the Content for your own exam preparation.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute Content
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Attempt to bypass access controls or payment systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

InsureTutor provides Content “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
